On the morning of July 1, 2025, the gas distribution and trading units in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces announced that the gas price in July 2025 decreased by 917 VND/kg, equivalent to 11,000 VND/12kg cylinder compared to June 2025.

This price will be applied from 7:30 a.m. on July 1, 2025, and the retail price to consumers in the southern region will fluctuate at 455,000 VND/12kg cylinder.

According to the key business and distribution units of gas products, the reason for the change in gas prices compared to June 2025 is because the average world gas price (CP) in July 2025 was just announced at 560.00 USD/ton, down 25.00 USD/ton.
